Brian
joined the Burbank, California Police Department and spent 33 years in law
enforcement. He was the first to receive the department's medal of valor,
spend many years as a detective, and solved some major cold cases. As
primary law enforcement trainer in Burbank, he specialized in use of force
training and developed an "integrated use of force" training program that earned
national recognition.
