Donna (Miller) Mills, June 1958

Donna Mills (Jun 58)Donna studied drama at the University of Illinois, worked summer stock in Chicago and went to New York, where she was an understudy for Woody Allen's play, "Don't Drink the Water.“

She appeared on soap operas, "The Secret Storm" and "Love Is a Many Splendored Thing,“ a sitcom, “The Good Life,” and for nine seasons as Abby Cunningham on “Knots Landing.” She later had a recurring role on “Melrose Place.”

From "Play Misty for Me," her film work has included more than acting in movies. She moved into behind-the-camera work with Donna Mills Productions.

Donna has worked on behalf of Easter Seals, the Los Angeles Mission's Celebrity Action Council, the Show Coalition, NOW Legal Defense Fund, Women in Film and many other organizations.
